Our scope includes more than just the delivery and assembly of product. Our crews are trained to do the paperwork, whether receiving documents or punch lists. We know how to analyze an installation and develop a comprehensive plan of action that takes into account everything from drawings and specifications to site conditions to manpower loading to techni­cal issues to third party interfaces. We have our own customized prototypical installation system that allows us to analyze and estimate the correct labor on all types of projects and all varieties of product. This system en­sures that the pricing and manpower loading is correct for every job we do. The operation side of our delivery and installation business is as important as the crews themselves. Without 'best in class' performance by our dispatcher, delivery and installation supervisors and warehouse manager, we couldn't guarantee the high level of service we pro­vide every day. We have the most up-to-date labor management systems, and processes in the industry, and it shows in our field performance. Yet another important part of our project management services is the coordination and management of the resources and processes that are required to complete the project on time and on budget. Our knowledge of the construction trades, professional firms and typical project processes allows us to interface with all the members of the project team. We attend all project meetings, review all project communications and thoroughly exam­ine all project documentation that relates to or interfaces with our portion of the work. While our main focus is on the installation of the furniture, we take responsibility for en­suring that the construction trades, electricians and data/cabling subcontractors are able to interface with our schedule in a manner that allows for the successful completion of their scope of work, as well as our own.

Relocation Services 

ProAct provides quality relocation services to Technical, Industrial, and Medical industries. We have the resources and experience to facilitate your relocation.
 
Proact provides a complete relocation management package that facilitates the project from planning your relocation through providing technology support, on-site project management, to retrieval of moving boxes upon completion.
  • Provide sufficient moving of keyboard bass, cartons, and labels.

  • Coordinate with building management regarding building access, certificates of insur­ance, and security.

  • Placing wall padding and protection where needed.  

  • Labeling doorways, walls, and workstations to guide crew.

  • Posting copies of plans at strategic locations.  

  • Coordinate equipment, manpower, and vehicle needs.

  • Post-move follow-up, including punch list and furniture fine-tuning of relocated areas and change orders.
